Madeira wine is produced in the beautiful Island of Madeira. Made from the Soft Black Paint Grapes variety, the vineyards are planted in the volcanic deep hills of the island.

Madeira wine attains its particular bouquet after a heating process. This process consists in storing the wine in tubs during a 6 months high temperature sleep, followed by a gradual decrease of the temperature. The wine matures in oak casks for 3 years before being bottled.
